Being extremely health conscious has made me hyper-conscious of how I can create a “disease free” environment in my body. There are so many uncontrollable variables in the world that create disease in our bodies, that if I can aid in counteracting or eliminating some...I believe I must. I know for most of us we fear cancer and from what we know most cancer is self-induced. Don't fear what you can control. Don't let things happen to you, eliminate or minimize the possibilities with your choices. By affecting your today, you can greatly effect your tomorrow. We know smoking causes lung cancer (among others) and sun causes skin cancer. And we hear almonds help to fight cancer, but no one wants to admits that meat is highly cancer causing. The meat and junk food industries would be devastated (as well as most Americans would be) if the answer to cancer were the elimination of “devitalized” foods. Cancer is less a disease than a condition existing in the whole body. Cancer would be almost unheard of if no devitalized food or meats were eaten. Cancer cannot exist where there is a pure bloodstream. When being treated for cancer many centers require a “raw” diet of “pure” food. Spontaneous remission has occurred solely because of their change in diet. It is proven that getting off cooked food; meat, dairy and refined sugar have cured cancer. So I ask you, if you have the option (which you do), why choose cancer over that filet tonight?? Think consciously about the nourishment you provide for your body. No matter how good it may taste it could eventually kill you, life tastes much better, if you ask me...the health nut!

I get many people that pre-judge me, prejudging me by what look like, what I do, but I try my damndest to make the sterotypes be proven WRONG. Unfortuately most don't and so the judging is preconcieved and I usually face a fight. But... I do not behave like most Centerfolds, and I usually shock those who meet me.
I believe that going against that idea of what I am to present who I REALLY am and even possibly change their mind and attitude a little towards what I do. But I am dissapointed when I meet or see "those" girls giving us that BAD name. I believe I have to work harder everytime.
So fight your stereotypes and be the different one, because meeting someone that turns out to be exactly what you expect is oh so dissapointing.

Unfortunately Miss California represented my state incorrectly. And so is our government. If Idaho is allowing same sex marrige but WE are not??? I am. And living in West Hollywood so are ALL of my neighbors. I know so many who are fighting for this union to be honored. I was kinds shocked when my assistant asked me if I had seen the new older Dora? But then on The View there came Dora, all grown up and matured. I didn't think cartoon characters did not grow with you, you move on and they were left to be discovered by a new generation. She doesn't even look at all the same. And she is not the plump tomboy explored anymore. She is a prissy princess with anorexia and an already apparent developing complex. Sure to cause insecuities in the girls that loved her just the way she was.

well i now am shocked at some things i am finding out. the young teens getting plastic surgery...well those that are in their late teens and early twenties are truly shocking with the list of procedures that they are recieveing...the girls the mothers the doctors THE MEDIA are all to blame. nose jobsand extensions at 13, boob jobs and lipo at 16, botox and injections at 18 ...my god no wonder the young look better than ever and are creating a frenzy amung 30-somethings.... i am just here to say it's not us its technology and the insecue publishers and media that push for perfection. the image is airbrushed and photoshoped and styled and sucked and plucked and waxed and maincued and lifted and plumped and lengthened and tightened and basically perfected for all the world to envy. IT IS A LIE...dying to be perfect my whole life...

on this GOOD FRIDAY i am PASSINGOVER a little info to all you ladies feeling "less-than" from the images you are bombarded by from the SURGERY addicted celebrites... i have to mention one in particlular that i was just given the SKINNY on... miss MEGAN FOX...i guess she is addicted to BOTOX and RESTYLYNE... i guess she gets it done every four weeks..to maintain her perfectly copied pout and ironed out pulled forhead, that makes her look 22 but im told not true either...the new NOSE JOB is perfect and the BLEACHED SKIN treatments are evident from older photos...she also wears a ton of makeup...i love that guys say i like girls without makeup...and yet the fav today in loading it on...and the and the supposed weight-loss that had happend for the role in jennifer's body was done with hep from the new fat dissovling shots...FUCk i want to get this shit done...i even was shown a dug up a photo of her when she was like 20 and she had faded red hair, a feckled face and a bit rounder. she looks like a girl from tenesse not an ANGELINA look alike...but her look was created too!!! look at those pics... totally a different person... yep...im kinda excited...i have never been to eastern europe. i am going to be a co-star in a new show for hbo and it's a great part. i just returned from shooting for them in canada and i have a show on cinemax right now called coed confidential season three, in which i play the ice princess. so please watch...the part was so fun and i am very funny in it....let me know what you think. so i am dreading packing for this long trip. it will be good for me thought to get out of the contry for that long. europue changed my life last time i was there and maybe it will again...who knows. but im anticipating all experiences.

im trying to make these goals of mine a reality and it takes alot of work and concentration. so much so that i tend to only focus on the jobs to do. it does seem the more you want the more you have to sacrifice. i am just relentless when it is time to work and it is ALWAYS time to work with me. i love motivation. i am a overly motivated, goal setting type, with passion and love running through it all. but the problem with most creative types is that they don't like the work part...i like it.! so i plan to go that much further with it. the empire i am talking about and nothing less than that. im sorry but i don't settle. i know what i want and i want YOU to watch me achieve it! stay with me, be patient.

I have been working very hard and i apologize. i am bad at commitment it seems...but i do have some fun things to share upon return. the LUXURY KITTEN site should be completed by tomorrow and the new issue will be up on Monday. this is great! i am telling you i couldnt be happier, i want to snuggle up, drink hot toddies and listen and watch it fall. i think i may have a love affair with the rain. i used to love them when i was a kid, at school, eating lunch inside for a fun game of "heads up 7-up" loved it! being from so cal...these days were few and far between yet cherished...i have always been a new yorker at heart and especially when it comes to the weather... i love to dress and be fashionable in winter... all the fun coats, boots, scarves, hats... yey!!! i have my windows down and my heat on, when driving and i switch to hot coffee...i usually only do iced... so stop your bitching... its not like it lasts forever, or even a day here in sunnyville... cozy up and soak it in.

i haven't been getting great nights sleep lately, but tonight (or last night) was even worse....

i love the rain... i mean i LOVE the rain... i find myself mesmerized by the sounds and the feel, the breeze, the smell... it all!
so i found myself laying, listening to the simple sound of rain. in my mind full of noise the simple rhythm of the rain was a soothing escape for my serious and complicated thoughts. so i curled up with my pups and meditated to the rare pitter-patter.
...then i thought i might seize the day, while no one is out i can go enjoy it, alone. i then got a big coffee and proceeded to begin a new week. i have many promises to myself i am attempting to keep and the rain, as well as mondays, provide a fresh start for my ever strained will.

i urge you to not hate the wet weather, embrace it!! make a fresh start...

i am told the world is going to end in 2012... has anyone else heard this? i find it very definite.. and with this certain death we all may face it changes my out look on the time i have left.. we have so many options... so many ways to spend our last days... should i get fat and eat cake... or do i start my career as a triathlon... i am so confused... do i continue with the life i am leading or do i go into debt and travel the world... do i give up on saving the planet, if i know its going to fade into oblivion... do i bother to learn anymore, or meet anyone, or even really care about anything... or do i just carry on with the now obviously meaningless life that i am leading... i think i will just cuddle up with my dogs and bake cookies ... i guess i don't really plan to change much when faced with the end of the world...

The weekender

I had an exciting weekend between the Presidential Forum and the new Iron Chef... I was a happy clam! I LOVE my TV... I thoroughly enjoy my time relaxing in front of the boob-tube. It allows me to conversate with an inanimate object while informing myself, staying current, escaping, laughing and crying. I also enjoy the quick time of Television. And though many fall victim to the lazy moments, I thrive in the pace of television and continue to relentlessly pursue my ambitions, while still being able to enjoy my lazy times. Now I am sure you wanted to hear about the Playboy party or my photo shoots, that may be exciting to you, but curling up with my pups for a new Iron Chef is what I was rushing off set for. But I was so tired from my "non" TV life that I fell asleep before the winner was announced, so I am SO excited for the repeat!!!! Dog Days...

Sometimes, I wish I were MY dog... he has no cares, he awakes with a goofy smile and a silly disposition, he never worries, he only really needs food and love and he deals in kisses not dollars... he has a carefree existence and I AM JEALOUS!!! His name is Walter but everyone calls him; Buddy... because he is every one's buddy and everybody needs a buddy... he even comes with tag lines... we got him when he was 5 months and dumped off at a local Vet... he had never been washed, or brushed, or loved, he wouldn't even walk... and did I mention that little Buddy has a bit of a weight problem... he was even fatter then.... and he peed all over... he was a bit of a mess and with another crazy dog at home, what were we thinking... A PUPPY??? Well, we took him home, gave him a bath, cut off his hair, taught him where to pee pee... showed him how to love and put him on a diet... now he is the happiest BUDDY you will ever see, The only time "Wiggles" (that's another name for him) gets a pout is when his Papa is having dinner or his Mama is cooking and no scraps fall... then he looks like nobodies child... he is a glutton... somethings never change.

it's 7:45 am and I feel like my day is passing me by already... if I could I would be up at 6am sleep from 11am-3pm and be back up from 3pm-2am... I prefer these hours... I just wish everyone else was as willing to seiesta for that long in the day... I love the mornings, I hate the middle of the day and I love late night... the time restraints we are all on are not as cohesive as our bodies would like... I was awoke by a call from my agent... I didn't even know he got up this early... maybe he was up from last night... to be on set this morning by 8:30am... so off I go now... not knowing really what to expect except that I will most likely not have my seiesta today...

Hello there my new BLOG family... I am so excited to finally have a dream come true, I have always wanted a magazine (originally I wanted a "paper" magazine but the words "real" and "tangible" have evolved into meaning "virtual"), one that I wrote, styled, directed, edited and produced with my ideas and my vision. I have always had a need to put my passions and interests into an intelligently designed organization of expression. With the help of my relentless work ethic and unsatisfied ambition, pared with my intensely creative mind and natural style, I have been able to make this static vision of mine, "tangible". I may have dreamed it but there is true credit due to the man that is watching me type this BLOG nude... David Portal... his genius with graphics and design made the frustration of this project bearable... the abstract words and scribble drawings I gave him manifested into this inspiring online dream of mine. The few creative differences and tense situations at home/work the last couple months have been well worth the satisfying evening we had when we did our final read-through and "celebrated" dirtier than most editorial staffs do...in bed.
